Lindsay's on Liberty Sous Chef Brian Anderson was on hand to serve their crab cakes.
Tony and Loreece Haddad served gyros and their well-known cabbage rolls at the 2002 Taste of Peoria, and then even stopped to pose for their picture!

VOP's happy crew served a tasty spinach artichoke dip.
Weaver Ridge handled the crowds beautifully by serving their award-winning BBQ ribs like clockwork.
